At G.G Beauty Studio, we’re committed to providing a high standard of service in a clean, comfortable, and respectful environment. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review and follow our service policies:

 

Appointments
All services are by appointment only. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your scheduled treatment. If you are running late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service time.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or loss of booking privileges.

 

Health & Safety
We maintain strict hygiene and sterilization practices for all tools and equipment. If you have any allergies, medical conditions, or infections, please inform us prior to your appointment so we can accommodate you safely.

 

Children & Guests
To ensure a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services enter the treatment area. Children are welcome for services but must be supervised at all times.

 

Refunds & Corrections
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and correct the situation where appropriate.

 

Training Services (Academy)
Seminar bookings are non-refundable. In the event of illness or emergency, rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
